    • Certificate Holder should read: Home Depot Product Authority, LLC and its affiliates
    • The insured's name and address must be the same as the company executing the Supplier Buying Agreement (SBA)
    • Certificate must reflect a 30 days notice of cancellation
    • "Home Depot Product Authority, LLC and its affiliates" must be named as an Additional Insured
    • Insurer AM Best Rating must be A- and VIII or better
